Platform Rules & Restrictions

Attempt to circumvent platform fees or payment systems

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove any content
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination
We may investigate suspicious activities and cooperate with law enforcement
Reports of violations will be investigated promptly

Payments & Fees

Service Fees

Basic pet listings are free to post
Premium features and promoted listings may incur fees
Service provider subscriptions are subject to recurring billing
All fees are clearly disclosed before payment
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by secure third-party providers
You are responsible for payment method accuracy and validity
Failed payments may result in service suspension
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis

Pet Transactions

Important: Hoppaws facilitates connections between pet owners and adopters but does not directly handle pet sales or adoption fees. All financial transactions between users are their sole responsibility.

Do not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information
Are not responsible for the health, behavior, or condition of pets listed
Do not endorse or guarantee any users, listings, or services
Cannot guarantee successful adoptions or transactions
Are not liable for disputes between users

Limitation of Liability

• Hoppaws is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid to us in the past 12 months
• You use the platform at your own risk
